37.5ml Ketel One vodka
12.5ml amaretto
12.5ml grenadine syrup
25ml Coco Reàl
50ml pineapple juice
12.5ml lime juice
2 fresh pineapple wedges
Crushed ice
Garnish with a Lime wheel, Fresh raspberries and a Classic cocktail umbrella

- Bit of a cop out to call this cocktail making really because all you need to do is grab a blender, throw everything in, apart from your garnishes and blend on high speed until smooth
