Well, for starters, it’s up for a pretty BIG award…

Our Brooklyn Mac ‘N’ Chicken Burger is up for a National Burger Award. We think that’s pretty cool if we do say so ourselves.

The final is in September and whilst we’re up against some pretty awesome competition, in the words of every Love Islander this year, you’ve got to back yourself. And we absolutely do. Here is why:

 

It was created by US in the US OF A!

Okay, so firstly this burger was created by our talent team on a trip stateside to the Big Apple. Brooklyn Beer took some of our fantastic chefs and Support Centre staff on a trip of a lifetime.

We worked together to combine some of our classic dishes with the iconic flavours of Brooklyn Beer to create this absolute feast. Of course, we’d never ask you to just take our word for it. The burger is available in bar now and we recommend getting stuck in because…

 

We’ve gone hard on the flavour and the ingredients.

Now you know where it came from, let’s talk ingredients… Ya know, the good bit.

We’ve taken our iconic crispy fried chicken, topped it with Brooklyn Beer mac ‘n’ cheese (That’s mac ‘n’ Cheese infused/flavoured with Brooklyn Beer, which gives it a real authentic taste of the states), added American sliced cheese, Brooklyn Beer BBQ mustard mayo then topped with a generous portion of crispy fried onions, added some lettuce to make it balanced AND THEN finished off with a dash or two of Frank’s Hot Sauce and our very own special Rev’s relish.
