To achieve authentic Neapolitan pizza, our dough is prepared daily, proved slowly for flavour and cooked at 350 degrees for a crisp exterior and chewy crust. Topped with fresh San Marzano tomato sauce and creamy Fior di Latte cheese. That’s why it’s kick-ass.

In making an authentic Neapolitan pizza, there are certain things you just have to get right…and we do.
Our dough is made with high quality ingredients like Neapolitan yeast and finely ground Italian wheat flour then kneaded and shaped by hand. It is then baked in a wood-fired oven to create a thick and slightly chewy crust with a thin base.
Sourced from just outside Napes, our tomato sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes. Their unique flavour can be credited to the rich volcanic soil along the base of Mount Vesuvius, where the first San Marzano tomatoes grew.
For an epic cheese melt, there's only one cheese for the job. We use Fior di Latte mozzarella on our pizzas for extra kick-assness.
